Remember, Remo also does have a Free plan, so if you would like to switch to that one, our Customer Success Team can help you do that as well. 

We would hate to see you go... but if you really still want to cancel your subscription with Remo, here’s how you can request that:

Please remember that all our Remo plans will remain active unless you choose to cancel. This way, you can come back at any time and pick up where you left off!

1. Reach out to our Customer Success Team at to request a cancellation.

Only Account Owners are able to request a cancellation for their account. If you are an Event Manager, please ask your Account Owner to send the cancellation request from their email.

2. Please remember to include the email address associated with your Remo Account and when you would like your cancellation to take place

You can request to schedule the cancellation of your subscription for the end of your billing period, or cancel immediately.

If you choose to schedule your cancellation, you can continue to use your account until the end of your billing period without having to worry about being charged again.

Please note though, if you choose to cancel immediately (i.e. before the end of your billing period), your plan will not be pro-rated for the remainder of your billing.
