Currently, Remo Conference supports the following:
Supported Operating Systems:
Remo Conference is currently optimized for the following operating systems, updated to the latest version:
- iOS Safari or Chrome*
- Android Chrome*
*Please note though, when using mobile, you will not be able to share your screen, use the whiteboard, or go into presentation mode. Therefore, for Event Hosts and Speakers, you must join the event using a computer or laptop.
Tablets and iPads are not supported at the moment. If you are using a large touchscreen device you may need to select the ‘view desktop mode’ button from the event's side menu (click the 3 horizotnal lines in the upper left corner of your screen).
Remo Conference can be currently accessed by the following browsers, updated to the latest two versions:
- Safari (on Mac & iOS only)
- Microsoft Edge (on Windows only)
For example, at the time of writing, Chrome is at version 94, so Remo would support Chrome versions 92+ (the two latest versions)
You can check the versions of your Operating System and Browser here
Unsupported Operating Systems or Browsers:
Any operating systems or browsers not listed above are not supported or tested by our internal team. You can try to use these unsupported operating systems or browsers but you may not be able to use Remo's full functionality.
iFrames and Remo
Please note, certain features, such as share screen, are not possible when embedding Remo via an iFrame.
Further, we ask all Event Hosts (Account Owners & Event Managers) to set up and enter events directly on Remo rather than via their iFrames.
