Do you want to manage invitations and reminders?

That's possible! ✨


To turn off email invitations:


1.  Open Event settings by pressing the pencil or when you create an Event


2.  Click 'Invitations' scroll down to 'Guests' 


3. Uncheck 'Send event reminder emails'

4.  Click the 'Next' or 'Go to Summary' button, and then click 'Save Event'




To turn off email reminders:


1. Open Event settings by pressing the pencil or when you create an Event


2. Click 'Invitations' and then 'Guests' 


3. Uncheck 'Send event reminder emails'

4.  Click the 'Next' or 'Go to Summary' button, and then click 'Save Event'



Usually, we send 3 reminders:

  • 7 days before the event
  • 3 days before the event
  • 15 minutes before the event


There is no way to turn off 1 or 2 of the reminders. It's only possible to turn them off completely.



Resend the email invitation to a guest


If you would like to keep Remo emails on, but one of your guests mentioned they hadn't received it yet, you can go ahead and resent their invitation email! Here's how:
