Email Invitations

To turn off email invitations:


1.  Open Event settings by pressing the pencil or when you create an Event


2.  Click "Invitations" and scroll down to "Invite your guests"


3. Uncheck "Send event invitation emails"

4.  Click "Save And Close" to save your event changes


Registration Confirmation Emails

To turn off registration confirmation emails:


1.  Open Event settings by pressing the pencil or when you create an Event


2. Click "Invitations" and scroll down to "Invite your guests"


3. Uncheck "Send registration confirmation emails"


4. Click "Yes, Disable" if you're sure you want to turn off the automated registration confirmation emails


5. Click "Save And Close" to save your event changes


Email Reminders

To turn off email reminders:


1. Open Event settings by pressing the pencil or when you create an Event


2. Click "Invitations" and scroll down to "Invite your guests"


3. Uncheck "Send event reminder emails"


4.  Click "Save And Close" to save your event changes


Usually, we send 3 reminders:

  • 7 days before the event
  • 3 days before the event
  • 15 minutes before the event


There is no way to turn off 1 or 2 of the reminders. It's only possible to turn them off completely.

Resend email invitation to a guest

If you would like to keep Remo emails on, but one of your guests mentioned they hadn't received it yet, you can go ahead and resent their invitation email! Here's how:
