You can download a list of all the guests that have registered and the amount of time they stayed at your event. This can be done before, during or after your event - whichever you prefer ✨


Please remember, the Guest List gives you data and analytics for the guests at your event, not for speakers or event hosts.


Please note that downloading the guest list is only available if you are an event host


1.  If you are on your My Events page, scroll down and search for the event you want the guest list of. Then click on the 'pencil icon' in the upper right corner of your event


Alternatively, if you are already in your event space, click on the "pencil icon"on the upper right corner to edit your event.

2.  Click on 'Advanced' then select the ‘Post Event’ tab
3.  Look for the Export Guest List section, and then click ‘Export List’




4.  You should get a downloaded CSV file with all the guests who have registered for your event at the time of downloading, as well as the amount of time they’ve spent in your event!
