Isn't it cool to show your own branding to your event guests and speakers?

Well with Remo's White Label option (previously known as Custom Event Branding), you can. Custom Event Branding allows you to display your own branding to all those at your event

In this article, you'll find out the things you can and can't achieve with our White Label feature.

Please note, White Label is a feature available as an Add on on your Remo Plans. Please take a look at our pricing page for more information or contact our Sales team (success@remo.co).

The emails sent to your Guests, Event Managers, and Speakers will still have the Remo branding.

However, you can also turn off sending these emails, here's how

Where and how to set up White Label :

How to enable White Label?

  1. Click your profile icon.
  2. Go to 'Organization Settings'
  3. Click the 'White Label Remo'
  4. Check the box 'Enable White Labelling'
  5. Tada! You're done. Refresh the event link to see the changes.

Organization Settings --> White Label Remo: This is the new feature which comes with Custom Domain (CNAME). When the white label Addon is added, it greys out the old company branding option under company profile. Therefore, as long as you have the white label addon with your subscription, company branding will stay greyed out as the white label option is a superior feature where you can upload the Company Branding, Favicon and set up custom domain.

Features allowed under white label:

  • Branding the sign in/sign up page with a custom image
  • Disable chat support button from all events (Note: this will remove the support button from events and landing page altogether)
  • Users can use custom event URL More details on Custom Sub-domain here.

Company Profile --> Company Branding (older version of custom branding): This is available for all old customers as custom branding feature where it simply replaces the Remo Logo in the top left hand corner of Remo Pages.
