You may want to create an event that will run on a recurring basis. Depending on your subscription plan, there are a couple of ways to create a recurring event in Remo

Option 1: Cloning Events

1. Log into your Remo Account

2. Click 'Create Event' in the top left corner

3. Create a name for your event under 'Event Title'

4. Set your desired 'Start Time' for your event

5. Under 'End Time,' select the desired end time for a single session of your event

Keep in mind that the maximum duration for your event is limited by your subscription plan

6. Fill out the remaining details for your event. Once you're done click on the 'Summary' tab and click 'Save and Publish Event'

7. Locate the event you just created on your 'My Events' page, and then click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the event image

8. Select 'Clone this event' from the menu

9. A message appears stating the information that will not be copied over to the new event, including: Start and End Time, Speakers, and the Guest List. You must manually enter this information for the new cloned event

10. Click 'Proceed'

11. The Event Settings page for the new event should now appear. The default title for your event will be "[Name of your previous event] (copy)"

12. Go ahead and edit the event details including the title, start and end time and the guest list to name a few

13. Just like before, once you're happy click the 'Summary' tab and click 'Save and Publish Event'

Please note though, that this cloned event will have a different URL so you will need to give your guests the new URL each week or use a URL converter platform such as Switchy.io where you can update the link source whenever you need it

Option 2: Create a long event

This is only available for those on a plan with unlimited event duration

1. Log into your Remo Account

2. Click 'Create Event' in the top left corner

3. Create a name for your event under 'Event Title'

4. Set your desired 'Start Time' for your event

5. Under 'End Time,' select the desired ending time and set the date well into the future. Your event will run continuously in the period between your selected start and end time

As a Studio User, you have the ability to create an event of unlimited duration. Therefore, one common method is to add one year to the ending date. For example, if your desired start date is June 21, 2020, you might select an ending date of June 22, 2021, that way your event remains open during this time with the same URL

6. Fill out the remaining details for your event. Once you're done click on the 'Summary' tab and click 'Save and Publish Event'

Now, instead of having to create multiple events, you may return to the same event multiple times
