Yes! As an Event Host, you can now Export or Delete the General Chat



To Export Chat History:


1.  Click on the export icon at the top of the chat box as shown below



2.  A download should automatically start


Please note exporting is only available when you're in the Conversation Mode. If you're in Presentation Mode, the chat will be available again for export once you return to Conversation Mode.



To Delete Chat History:


1.  Click on the delete icon at the top of the chatbox as shown below



2.  Click the 'Delete' button on the confirmation pop-up box




To Delete Individual Chat Messages:


1.  Click on the delete icon in the top right corner of the message you want to delete



2.  Click the 'Delete' button on the confirmation pop-up box
