Recently, we upgraded our audio-video experience to provide you with a smoother and higher quality experience on Remo. This upgraded experience also meant higher quality recordings than ever before (1080p)!

However, we have found some performance issues with playing back your recordings. We are actively working to address this, but in the meantime we have provided some simple steps below to fix up your recording.

If you need assistance, or have any questions about this, please do reach out to our team at support@remo.co

Please note, this is only a temporary solution. We are working on fixing the playback issue along with a few other recording issues, on priority and you will be able use the downloaded video from Remo to load directly into your video editing software.
