Looking for what is/what you can do on your account settings? You've come to the right place!

First things first, depending on what role you have, you'll have slightly different access to your Account Settings:


  • Account Owners: Have access to full Account Settings and can handle all details related to the company profile, and plan & billing settings
  • Event Managers: Have access to check their camera and microphone, set up Custom SSO (if their plan has access to this), and add Custom Floor Plans (if their plan has access to this) 
  • Guest (or Speaker): Have access to check their camera and microphone

If you have not created an account yet, please follow the steps here to first create a Remo account


Now let's go through each section in Account Settings:


Company Profile

The Company Profile tab is where you can add or update details related to your company and account:



a.Company Name: Click on Edit to change your company name. You can have a name up to 24 characters long. Please note, this company name will display on your event landing page.

b. Company Photo: You can change it anytime for your company photo. Take note that the size will be PNG, JPEG, or JPG. Max size of 1 MB. Best: 1080x1080. Please note, this image will be used if Custom Branding is turned on (see below).
c. Team Members: You can invite additional team members to your account (the number of team members you can have will depend on your Remo plan). Check out this article for more information on adding team members.

d. General event settings: You will be able to Hide or show your event's chat, permission, q&a and whiteboard. Changes will affect your ongoing and upcoming events.
e. Event Registration:  You can simply select which login options you want available when joining an event.

f. Geartest settings: You can choose to enable or disable the VPN check that happens during the mic cam check before guests join your events. By default, this is disabled, so VPN checks will run.

Please note, the mic cam check currently checks for the following:
- Internet Speed
- Network Reachability
- Browser & Device compatibility
- Adblock detection
- VPN detection

This setting allows you to choose whether 'VPN detection' is checked or not.



g.Event Discovery: If you wish to display your event on the Remo website, simply activate the switch.Check out this article to learn more


h. Use your company's Branding: Now you can add your logo instead of Remo logo. (This is only aailab in paid plans)

 

i. Comapny badge: You can add customs badge for work you and your team member 


j. Custom exit page URL: You can highlight your event on the Remo website with ease by just toggling it on.. For more information, please check out this article.


Plan and billing:
The Plan & Billing tab, shows you everything to do with your plan and subscription. This is where you can upgrade your plan, add addons, or check your billing history.



If you are currently on a trial plan, this page will look slightly different - you will only have the option to 'Upgrade Plan'


a.My Plan: Shows your current plan, billing email, next renewal date, and if you have any associated addons to your plan


b.Change Plan: If you wish to change your plan, you can do so by clicking this button and selecting the plan you wish to move too from the dropdown menu. For more information, please check out this article.


c. Account Information: This is where you can update your account details (such as first and last name, company name, phone number, Locale, and TID)

If you would like to make changes to the email address used, please contact our Success Team to help make this change to ensure the change is done properly and your events are not affected.

d. Edit Subscription: If you wish to add or remove addons (or change your plan), you can do so by clicking on this option. For more information, please refer to this article


e. Billing History: This is where you can check your billing history and download a copy of your past invoices as well.


f. Payment Methods: This is where you can add additional payment methods to your account. For more information on the supported payment methods, please check out this article


g. Cancel Subscription: If you wish to (though we'd be sad to see you go!), you can cancel your subscription on this tab. (Learn more about the cancelation process here)


Custom floor plan

Depending on the plan you are on, you may have access to upload your own Custom Floor Plans, which you can do so from this tab. For more information on how, please refer to this article.


If your plan does not have access to this tab, don't worry - you can still upload custom floor plans through our support team, find all the details here!





Third-party integration

On some plans, you will have access to the Third-party integration tab. This is where you will find information on our native Remo integrations available.

Single Sign-on (SSO)

With the Custom SSO addon, you can set up your very own custom login option (using SAML 2.0). Learn more about requirements and setting up a Custom SSO here.
